Cavit Collection Pinot Grigio is produced from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes sourced from the picturesque regions of Trentino, Friuli, and Veneto in Northern Italy. The winemaking process involves careful selection and cold fermentation in state of the art thermo conditioned tanks, which preserves the wine's natural fruit flavors and freshness. This wine is typically aged for about six months in stainless steel tanks, followed by an additional two months in the bottle with a 12% alcohol by volume (ABV). It is gluten free and vegan friendly.
