Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel has the color of a roasted pecan. The aroma offers lots of toasted oak with creamy caramel. The taste is big, rich, and complex. The delightful spice and pepper notes fade to milk chocolate with just a hint of smoke. The complexity continues with nicely warming, with lingering chocolate and baking spices finish.
