To create a whiskey with a tropical feel, their makers finished a portion of their smooth whiskey in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve has matured in Oak barrel, selectively finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean Rum. The nose offers sweet notes of pear and red apple that meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup. The palate has rich caramel toffee notes, followed by flavors of tropical fruit. It offers a bold, smooth, and tropical flavors. The finish is well balanced and exceptionally smooth.

This Caribbean Reserve Scotch has bottled at 40% alcohol by volume. It is best to experience neat, on the rocks, topped with coconut water or in a Mai Tai. Enjoy!
