Tequila Ocho was founded by tequila expert and restaurateur Tomas Estes and third-generation Master Distiller Carlos Camarena; Tequila Ocho was created to express the purest agave flavor possible. The world's first single-estate, single-field tequila is made using traditional, sustainable, additive-free methods that celebrate the terroir of our Jalisco Highlands home. From the finest, overripe agaves comes the finest quality tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco. The single field estate grown agaves are looked after carefully by the Camarena family.

Tequila Ocho Plata is a tequila made traditionally through a slow cooking process. Ocho accentuates the agave flavor, and its flavor develops over time. Unaged and honors the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena Ranchos through intense, lively, and clean flavors Made with 100% Blue Agave. Tequila Ocho Plata has some peppery notes with cooked agave, very persistent, finishing sweet, orchard fruits, tangerine, and orange blossoms, multilayered, complex, sweet, fruity roundness, and extremely long finish.

Color: Unaged, crystal clear color, delightfully explosive to sip.

Aroma: Crisp, bright agave with lively citrus notes and a fresh herbaceousness, including white pepper and minerality.

Palate: Full and complex cooked agave notes, developing front-to-back with notes of fresh-cut grass and a touch of earthiness.
